FS: Honda CBR600RR 2004 in CAULFIELD EAST, Victoria for sale

For sale is my 2004 Honda cbr600rr. Selling as i considering downgrade to ninja 300 for work commute.
Full service just done on the bike
- new Front & rear pads
- new motul oil
- new oil filter
- new NGK iridium spark plugs
- engine flushed
- coolant flush/ replaced
- valve clearance checked
- chain tension checked and adjusted
- chain washed waxed and lubricated
- front and rear sprocket checked (still fairly new)
- air filter cleaned
- throttle and clutch cable lubricated and cleaned
-Tyres are still very new, atleast 95% tread
This bike has no mechanical issues. I have personally inspected the entire bike and spent endless hours to insure its great condition.

8000k hids both lights
Shogun sliders installed
Shogun bar ends installed
Two brothers slip on exhaust (Uninstalled for RWC purposes)
Con's - fairing has slight cracks due to previous owner not installing carefully (considered in price) ,bike has very minor scratches from being dropped at very low speed from previous owner Barely noticable.
$6600 includes reg (will be paid and renewed for 12 months),no rwc.
Price is with no RWC i have a copy of the rwc completed at the start of the year.
Will consider trade for Ninja 300 + cash my way.
