We are looking for a friendly person to share a large house in Malvern East. The room is spacious and has a large built in wardrobe along with built in cupboards and a desk. The room is also right next to the upstairs bathroom. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and plenty of living areas.
The housemates are very friendly, fun and enjoy a laugh. They study and work fulltime which keeps them busy.
The house is in a great spot, opposite the East Malvern golf course and parkland. If you catch public transport this house is in the perfect location for you as it is only 500 metre from Darling Station. If you drive it is only 2 minutes from the freeway. A short train ride or drive from the city and only 5 minutes from Chadstone Shopping centre the house is in a fantastic location.
