Room for Rent - Move in date Oct 1st in CAULFIELD EAST, Victoria for sale

Hello, everyone!
I'm moving out of my room in east malvern and I'm looking for someone cool, chilled out, and easy going to move in! The house is in a great area close to chadstone shopping center, holmsglen uni, the M1 freeway (not so close that you can hear it), only a 5 min drive to woolworths, and 10 walk from Holmesglen station.
You'll be moving in with Jade and Fil, two easy going professional types in their 20's and a cat named archie. We all just come and go from the house during the week but we hang out at night after work or on weekends, its an easy house to be apart of!
The room is medium sized with plenty of open space, naturally lit, and has a built in robe. A mattress will be provided, but you will need a double base that can assembled. The house itself is a newer modern townhouse with fantastic facilities. Everything works including the ducted heating/cooling and it's easy to clean. There is also plenty of on street parking and an outside area for smokers. The rent comes to about $199 weekly and bond is $1100. We also have foxtel tv and internet.
